           C919大型客(ke)機(ji)是中(zhong)國正在(zai)自主研制的新型190座級(ji)單通道(dao)窄體干線客(ke)機(ji)。項目采用先(xian)進技ji)醣曜忌杓疲 捎檬瀾jie)先(xian)進供應商提供的動力、航電、飛控等系統(tong),嚴格按照適航標準進行設計生產,安全性(xing)有充分(fen)保障,並(bing)通過減重(zhong)、減阻設計和新一代發動機(ji)使(shi)巡航燃油消耗率大大降低,直接(jie)使(shi)用成(cheng)本(ben)較現役同類(lei)客(ke)機(ji)降低10%。

           航空工業昌飛承擔(dan)C919大型客(ke)機(ji)前緣縫翼和後緣襟翼兩(liang)大部段的研制,是該型機(ji)加工及裝配難度最大的項目之(zhi)一。該項目采用主制造商-供應商管理(li)模式(shi)開展多廠(chang)所聯合設計制造,采用國際(ji)先(xian)進的MBD設計制造方案。

    波音(yin)合作(zuo)項目


          波音(yin)767-300BCF項目是公司第(di)一個(ge)固定翼飛機(ji)轉包(bao)生產項目,也(ye)是公司與(yu)世界(jie)航空制造巨頭波音(yin)的第(di)一個(ge)合作(zuo)項目。
          2008年3月(yue)19日,昌飛公司ju)柿抗芾li)體系獲得波音(yin)公司的正式(shi)批準。4月(yue)10日,昌飛公司獲得BQMS批準證(zheng)書,表明公司ju)柿抗芾li)體系滿足波音(yin)公司ju)柿抗芾li)體系dan)QMS)的要(yao)求,標志著公司具備(bei)了成(cheng)為波音(yin)公司正式(shi)供應商的資格。
          2008年6月(yue)27日,波音(yin)公司授予昌河轉包(bao)合同函,正式(shi)確認昌飛公司長期參與(yu)波音(yin)767-300BCF客(ke)改貨項目的生產。
          隨後公司又獲得波音(yin)公司737訂單。
          2015年,公司獲得了波音(yin)787方向舵的意向訂單,啟動了787方向舵的設備(bei)和工藝取證(zheng)工作(zuo),目前正在(zai)有條不紊的推進過程中(zhong)。

    A109項目

     

           A109項目是昌飛公司和意大利阿古斯(si)特公司合作(zuo)的一款3噸級(ji)直升(sheng)機(ji),合作(zuo)機(ji)型為當(dang)時先(xian)進的A109E性(xing)直升(sheng)機(ji),A109E型直升(sheng)機(ji)為傳統(tong)che)牡?澩dai)尾槳布局(ju),是當(dang)時世界(jie)上較為先(xian)進和tong)┤那嶁退  鄙sheng)機(ji),1997年完(wan)成(cheng)適航取證(zheng)進入市場。兩(liang)台發動機(ji)並(bing)排安裝在(zai)機(ji)身上部發動機(ji)平台上,金(jin)屬半硬殼式(shi)機(ji)身和尾梁,前三點(dian)式(shi)可(ke)收放輪式(shi)起落架。與(yu)其他輕型雙發直升(sheng)機(ji)相比,A109E是飛行速度快、抗風能力強的輕型雙發直升(sheng)機(ji),與(yu)國際(ji)上同類(lei)型直升(sheng)機(ji)相比,已達(da)到先(xian)進水平,屬于暢銷機(ji)型。

          2002年11月(yue)6日,在(zai)第(di)四屆(jie)珠(zhu)海航展上,公司與(yu)意大利阿古斯(si)特韋斯(si)特蘭公司簽署了合作(zuo)生產A109E輕型雙發直升(sheng)機(ji)的協議。
          2004年7月(yue)14日,公司與(yu)阿古斯(si)特韋斯(si)特蘭公司在(zai)北ben)├┤鵒109轉包(bao)生產協議,工作(zuo)內容(rong)為機(ji)身結構(gou)件和尾梁的轉包(bao)生產。截止目前,已完(wan)成(cheng)7架機(ji)身和78架尾粱的交付。

     S-300C/S-300CBi直升(sheng)機(ji)是美國西(xi)科(ke)斯(si)基公司的子公司施韋策(ce)公司生產的單旋翼帶(dai)尾槳、活塞(sai)式(shi)發動機(ji)、1噸級(ji)多用途系列xing)嶁橢鄙sheng)機(ji),可(ke)用于飛行xing)迸嘌怠  瘛  瘛?├幀 緦ρ布  攣挪煞謾 罩zhong)攝影、指揮交通等領域。
          為快速提升(sheng)S-300C和S-300CBi(簡稱S-300)輕型直升(sheng)機(ji)在(zai)國際(ji)市場上的競爭優(you)勢,擴大其市場份額(e),2006年10月(yue)29日,公司與(yu)西(xi)科(ke)斯(si)基公司在(zai)珠(zhu)海航展期間隆重(zhong)舉(ju)行了S-300C和S-300CBi輕型直升(sheng)機(ji)轉包(bao)生產合作(zuo)協議簽字儀式(shi),進一步拓展了與(yu)美國西(xi)科(ke)斯(si)基公司的合作(zuo)領域。
          公司與(yu)施韋策(ce)公司的S-300/S-300CBi合作(zuo)項目分(fen)四階(jie)段進行,即先(xian)從零部件轉包(bao)開始,最後開展機(ji)身部分(fen)總裝工作(zuo)。 
          2007年初,S-300項目進入實質性(xing)實施階(jie)段,截止2011年,公司交付96架份零部件。

     S-76是一種中(zhong)型多用途民用直升(sheng)機(ji),是當(dang)時世界(jie)上同噸位(wei)直升(sheng)機(ji)中(zhong)安全性(xing)和可(ke)靠性(xing)領先(xian)、使(shi)用成(cheng)本(ben)低、市場佔有率高的先(xian)進產品。
          2006年6月(yue)1日,中(zhong)航二(er)集團(tuan)與(yu)美國西(xi)科(ke)斯(si)基公司在(zai)北ben)├┐└獻zuo)諒解備(bei)忘錄,雙方表達(da)了在(zai)民用直升(sheng)機(ji)研制和生產方面進行工業合作(zuo)的良好(hao)願望。昌飛公司與(yu)西(xi)科(ke)斯(si)基公司就輕型直升(sheng)機(ji)和S-76直升(sheng)機(ji)項目的合作(zuo)隨之(zhi)進入實質性(xing)會談(tan)。
          2007年7月(yue)12日,公司與(yu)西(xi)科(ke)斯(si)基飛機(ji)公司在(zai)北ben)├ zhong)舉(ju)行S-76C++型直升(sheng)機(ji)合作(zuo)簽字儀式(shi)。
          S-76C++合作(zuo)項目包(bao)括機(ji)身組部件的制造、裝配和部分(fen)總裝,公司承擔(dan)整(zheng)機(ji)的鉚裝和tong)chu)升(sheng)力系統(tong)、發動機(ji)以外的總裝工作(zuo),後續改進型也(ye)納入在(zai)本(ben)協議範(fan)圍內。工作(zuo)份額(e)的比例和技ji)鹺 渴塹dang)時國內轉包(bao)項目中(zhong)最高的。
          該項目分(fen)兩(liang)個(ge)階(jie)段進行︰第(di)一階(jie)段為過渡shan)jie)段,由昌飛公司用直接(jie)采購來的成(cheng)套組件完(wan)成(cheng)10架份的部件裝配、機(ji)身裝配和部分(fen)總裝工作(zuo);第(di)二(er)階(jie)段為在(zai)第(di)一階(jie)段的工作(zuo)內容(rong)基礎上增(zeng)加零件制造和部件裝配。
          基于S-92型機(ji)合作(zuo)項目的工程基礎,結合S-76C++型機(ji)合作(zuo)項目工程體系和質量管理(li)體系的特點(dian),公司在(zai)標準管理(li)、構(gou)型管理(li)、質量管理(li)等方面與(yu)西(xi)科(ke)斯(si)基實現接(jie)軌(gui)。
          2007年,公司完(wan)成(cheng)了S-76型機(ji)第(di)一階(jie)段10架機(ji)成(cheng)品、工裝設備(bei)的合同簽訂和到廠(chang)發放。
          2008年1月(yue)22日至24日,美國西(xi)科(ke)斯(si)基公司jing)圓曬 -76項目進行首次項目ke)ping)審(shen);
          截止到2011年8月(yue),共完(wan)成(cheng)了8架份S76C++的交付工作(zuo);在(zai)完(wan)成(cheng)8架S-76C++型機(ji)的基礎上,啟動了部分(fen)S76D型機(ji)的研制工作(zuo)。2012年10月(yue),在(zai)S76D型機(ji)取得了FAA的適航許可(ke)證(zheng)後,雙方jie)013年天津(jin)直博會上完(wan)成(cheng)了第(di)二(er)階(jie)段S76D型機(ji)合作(zuo)協議的簽訂。第(di)二(er)階(jie)段工作(zuo)內容(rong)為在(zai)第(di)一階(jie)段的工作(zuo)內容(rong)基礎上增(zeng)加零件制造和部件裝配。目前公司已獲得5架份的訂單。

           2008年1月(yue)31日,公司與(yu)美國西(xi)科(ke)斯(si)基飛機(ji)公司的子公司施韋策(ce)飛機(ji)公司簽署了施韋策(ce)1.2噸級(ji)渦軸發動機(ji)直升(sheng)機(ji)S-333轉包(bao)生產的協議。雙方的合作(zuo)內容(rong)主要(yao)為︰機(ji)身制造和裝配,動部件裝配,動部件零件制造和改進改型。我ye) 靖涸-300/S-333S-333機(ji)身、部分(fen)動部件的制造和裝配。合作(zuo)有效(xiao)期為20年。

    S92項目

          

           S-92直升(sheng)機(ji)是美國西(xi)科(ke)斯(si)基公司1992年開始立項開發研制的新一代機(ji)型,是一種以高端客(ke)機(ji)為目標的10噸級(ji)直升(sheng)機(ji),命名為S-92“直升(sheng)客(ke)車(che)”,代表當(dang)時國際(ji)上直升(sheng)機(ji)制造的先(xian)進水平。

           1995年9月(yue)21日,公司與(yu)美國西(xi)科(ke)斯(si)基公司在(zai)北ben)┬shi)簽約,參與(yu)研制S-92直升(sheng)機(ji),和602所共同承擔(dan)S-92尾斜(xie)梁和水平面的研制和生產。

           S-92型號屬于國際(ji)合作(zuo)研制項目,秉承“共同投資、合作(zuo)生產、風險共擔(dan)、利益共享”的原則(ze),生產的S-92尾斜(xie)梁交付西(xi)科(ke)斯(si)基公司進行總裝、試飛。

           斜(xie)梁研制于1995年全面起動,1997年5月(yue)實現首架交付,到1998年12月(yue)15日研制批5架份斜(xie)梁交付完(wan)畢。研制批的前5架份原型機(ji)的斜(xie)梁產品fen)柿亢徒桓督染da)到西(xi)科(ke)斯(si)基飛機(ji)公司的要(yao)求,在(zai)六個(ge)合作(zuo)伙伴(ban)中(zhong)第(di)一個(ge)按進度完(wan)成(cheng)首批5架份原型機(ji)的斜(xie)梁交付,並(bing)且與(yu)尾梁一次對yue)jie)成(cheng)功。

           1999年9月(yue)8日,正式(shi)通報啟動S-92項目批生產計劃。截止目前,已完(wan)成(cheng)335架份尾斜(xie)梁的生產交付。

    AC313 is a brand new 13-ton class civil helicopter powered by three PT6B-67A engines, which can satisfy the operation requirement for all complicated terrains in hot & high and cold areas. Highly integrated avionics suites are provided. Design criterion for structure reservation and space reservation is used in accordance with airworthiness requirement specified by CCAR-29R1 to develop basic versions of both cargo and passenger transport. Visual flight and instrument flight can be performed to IFR and VFR rules in day and night time over land and under icing free conditions.
